We always have good, quality cattle for sale. We halter break most of our calves along with a strict vaccination and de-worming program. Using mostly A.I. in our program, we are very selective in what we choose to breed - we look at EPD's for calving ease, growth and milk and we also cull based on temperament. If they are not gentle, we "send them to the packers". We strive to put cattle out to our customers that will make them happy and hopefully, make them money.
If you are looking for a show heifer or for a cow/calf pair to add to your herd - we have them available. We also try to keep a couple of good herd sire prospects around. Please contact us and we can email you pictures and video of what we have available.
With our purchase of Shoal Creek Lady T90 from the Pine Ridge Farms dispersal in 2010, we are looking forward to some exciting embryos. Shoal Creek Lady T90 is the dam of PRS Lady Done Right W214 - the $8800 first calf heifer that was the high seller of the open heifers from that sale. She has since gone on to win her division at the North American and at the American Royal. In October 2011, Sloup Simmentals sold a flush of Lady Done Right for $7200 to Sunset View Farm and Sanders Ranch.
We will be flushing Shoal Creek Lady back to Welsh's Dew It Right as well as Flying B Cut Above (aka "Fat Butt"). Contact us for further details.

In 2009 we purchased a weanling daughter of the great Hart Hollywood Queene E700cow by the number bending Hooks Shear Force bull from the Triple C Farm dispersal. "Diamond" is a deep bodied, soft made individual that we expect great things to come from.
Diamond calved a beautiful heifer calf on October 1, 2011 that is just picture perfect. Watch for "Diamond Girl" with her mom in the 2012 Dixie National as Cow/Calf pair.

This beautiful daughter of B/R New Design 036 was purchased from Timberland Cattle in Alabama in April of 2011. She currently has a Nichols Manifest bull calf at her side and is doing a great job. She will be bred back to 3C Macho this fall and that should be an exciting match up.

GO4TH Bright Future ASA# 2223753A great show heifer by our herd bull GFI Silverstone and she turned into a super mama cow - part of our goal is to produce cows like this. Embryos available from her dam, MLF Sunshine.
MLF Sunshine x Goldmine babies coming! We have pregnancies from this cross due in March of 2012.

A beautiful daughter of our herd bull, "Legacy" and out of a red cow that came from Holland Simmentals, Jolie is a super productive cow. She has power and rib with a sleek front end, flawless movement and a doll-baby personality. You cannot ask for a better package.

We purchased this bull as an embryo from Nichols Farm and he was a many time champion in Mississippi. He has also sired champions including GO4TH A Jolie and JD-L Playboy. If you like CNS Dream On but can not find any semen on him, then you will like "Legacy" because they share the Nichols Joliette 107W cow on their dam's side and both are sons of the great Nichols Legacy G151 bull. Dream On comes from Sheza Dream and our bull comes from the prolific Nichols 90Z cow which are half sisters and both daughters of the 107W cow! "Legacy" sires very consistent calves that are sound, pretty on the profile and they perform in the pasture. Both Dream On and Legacy of Jolette are red gene carriers.

A group of "Legacy" calves at MS State Fair winning "Get of Sire" and "Breeder's Herd" award.

The Cut Above heifer that Goforth Farms purchased in the 2011 Dixie National Sale as a "sight unseen" 5 day old calf was named Champion Simmental Heifer at the 2011 Mississippi State Fair in both the Open and Junior Shows, shown by T.J. Austin. "Baby Fat" is headed to Louisville and the North American in November. Thank you to Greg Brown for this aweseome heifer.
