2006 MS State Fair Open Show
Goforth Farms cattle were a big hit at the 2006 MS State Fair open show held in October. With 3 division Reserve Champions, Champion Breeder and Champion Get Of Sire titles all going to Goforth Farms cattle. The quality of cattle that we are getting from our herd bull Legacy Of Joliette are just awesome. He is consistanly producing calves that are winners. Goforth Cattle Strong at 2007 TN Agribition Show and Sale
For the third year in a row, Goforth Farms has had the Champion Bred heifer at the TN Agribition show. 2005, Salley's Ms Piggy was the Champion and sale topper - bred by Goforth Farms. In 2006, our crossbred female was named Champion Bred. Go4th Traveler Belle was Champion beating out some nice cattle on the way. In 2007, a fantastic daughter of our herd bull Legacy of Joliette was named the Champion Bred heifer. This female had a first class show career and was just a joy to own and show. Come by and see her beautiful spring bull calf.

Legacy of Jolette son wins Champion Simmental Bull at 2008 MS State Fair
Goforth Farms had the Champion Simmental Bull and Res. Champion in the Open Show at the 2008 Mississippi Sate Fair in October. This awesome bull was purchased from John and Dorothy Landrum's JD Bar L Simmental in Collinsville, MS and shown by Miss Lauren Harrison. He is a son of our many times Champion, Go4th Legacy of Jolette and out of 3MS Sadie. You can see this awesome bull at the Dixie National Sale in February of 2009 and he will also be competing in the Dixie National Open show.
